Your donation of up to $800 is a dollar-for-dollar tax credit off your Arizona state tax liability. When you make a secure donation, you are immediately emailed a receipt to use for your tax purposes that includes our charitable organization code 20054. No special form needed, just print it out and give it to your accountant.
